Role: Curriculum Manager Skills
Background & Experience:
I am an accomplished Curriculum Manager with extensive experience in adult education and skills development. I lead a team of 5 Curriculum Coordinators and teaching teams across Northants Adult Leaning, shaping programmes that empower learners to progress into work, further study and personal growth. My leadership spans English, maths, ESOL, IT, Childcare and Education, distance learning and an outstanding Study Programme for 16 - 19 year olds. In industry I bring a background in workforce development, Human Resources and workforce planning. I bring this expertise into the development of my curriculum, working closely with employer partnerships and partners within the community. My work champions inclusive education, accessibility and lifelong learning, combing academic rigour with community impact. I am qualified to a high professional standard up to Level 7.
