Guitar Tutor

Background & Experience:  

I have been teaching music for 20 years after receiving a HND in Music Performance from BIMM in Brighton. I have plenty of performing experience solo and in bands in lots of styles of music including Jazz, Rock and Pop. 

Key Expertise: 

I specialise in Guitar teaching with a broad knowledge of both technique and theory. 

Teaching Philosophy:

My main aim with all learners is to give them the tools so they can learn pieces of music by themselves. We focus on foundational ideas that allow learners to then experiment with new styles and ideas with plenty of real world musical examples along the way.

I am happy to help with anything in and out of the lessons relating to music because I really enjoy giving people the ability to unlock and enjoy playing an instrument.
