Curriculum Manager

Background & Experience:  

An enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to adult education, skills development, and learner focused. Currently operating at a senior leadership level within Adult Learning, bringing extensive experience in curriculum planning, performance management, and service delivery across a diverse and evolving learner base. Having previously working in Leisure management with experience in First Aid, Sports and Swimming teaching and assessing. 

Key Expertise: 

A confident and effective communicator with proven leadership capability, successfully managing large teams and driving high standards of customer service and supporting learners to achieve their goals. I am very experience in the Adult Learning sector implementing organisational change, improving performance outcomes, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements while maintaining a learner-centred approach. 

Teaching Philosophy:

My teaching philosophy is rooted in a highly learner-focused and inclusive approach, recognising the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and motivations that adult learners bring to the classroom. I believe that creating a supportive, respectful, and engaging learning environment is key to building confidence and enabling individuals to achieve their full potential. 

Additional information:

I am a keen runner and triathlete, having recently competed for Great Britain in age group at Triathlons whilst also completing Ironman triathlons and multiple marathons.
