Background & Experience:  

My occupational background is in Information Management, Data and Digital Development. I currently work within the Adult Learning Service and an MIS (Management Information Systems) and Data Officer, as well as teaching coding and programming courses.

Teaching Philosophy:

I believe in learning by doing, that understanding of a topic is gained by looking at it from multiple angles, practicing and understanding the why as well as the how. Coding has a lot of theory but continual practical application of that theory builds understanding, and that is how I prefer to teach my lessons. 

Additional information:

Outside of teaching and work I enjoy working on personal projects including Video Game Development, 3D-Modelling and designing software and apps.
