Curriculum Co-ordinator for Projects and Growth 

Background & Experience: 

I have nine years of experience working within schools, complemented by the last four years spent in the Adult Learning Service, where I have contributed to a variety of projects, including the Study Programme. While my specialist area is Maths, I have successfully delivered a broad range of subjects, demonstrating adaptability and a well-rounded teaching approach.

I am passionate about building confidence in learners and firmly believe that everyone has the ability to succeed. Many learners come to education with prior negative experiences, and I see it as my role to help rebuild their trust and confidence. I achieve this by fostering supportive, respectful relationships and designing lessons that carefully build on existing knowledge, allowing learners to progress at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.
